Therapeutic Massage is good if you want to relax or release some of that everyday stress. It helps restore normal movement by  releasing trigger points, removing toxins and stretching shortened muscles. $85/90 min $65/60 min $40/30 min

Swedish Massages gentle, rhythmic massage administered to relax soft body tissue and facilitate healing. It is lighter in touch than other forms of massage and includes long flowing strokes, kneading and friction techniques on more superficial layers of the muscles. It can loosen stiff joints, reduce muscle tension, and help clear nasal or chest congestion. Swedish Massage contributes to overall well-being and is widely prescribed by physicians to enhance treatment for insomnia, anxiety, and depression. $85/90 min $65/60 min

Deep Tissue Massage focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. When muscles are stressed, they block oxygen and nutrients leading to inflammation which builds up toxins in the muscle tissue. A deep tissue massage helps loosen muscle tissues, release toxins from muscles and gets blood and oxygen circulating properly. This type of massage also breaks down scar tissue. $95/90 min $70/60 min $45/30 min

Soft Tissue Release is a specific neuromuscular therapy for correcting muscular imbalances, accelerating the healing of muscular injuries and quickly eliminating chronic pain. The essence of the approach is a method of applying pressure to a muscle at the same time the muscle is being stretched. This coordinated movement has a correcting effect on all muscular imbalances including injured areas where scar tissue has formed. Expect to move around more than you would in a relaxation massage session. $90/90 min $70/60 min $45/30 min

Reflexology involves specific pressure techniques that are applied to the reflex points of the hands and feet. This activates energy flow to the organs of the body and unlocks nerve impulses providing healing and relaxation. $85/90 min $65/60 min $40/30 min

Foot Reflexology is related to the ancient art of acupressure. The reflex points on the feet correspond to the organs and structural parts of the body. Massaging and applying pressure increases circulation and breaks up the crystal-type deposits felt at the reflex points. Increasing circulation promotes healthier organs, nerves, and muscular function, relaxation, and a general state of well being. $65/60 min $40/30min

Aroma Therapy Massage is an ancient practice of using essential oils to heal by stimulating the olfactory senses, mental responses, circulatory and respiratory functions. The oils are applied to the skin directly or through inhalation and can be used for medicinal, meditative, restorative, or relaxation purposes. We use Aroma Therapy as a means to find your very own scent and in conjunction with a touch energy treatment called Polarity. $75/60 min $45/30 min

Hot Stone Massage is a specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated stones, either as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them on the body while they massage other parts of the body. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles so the therapist can work more deeply, more quickly. $100/90 min;  $75/60 min

Thai Massage is a flowing sequence of systematic compressions to muscles and Sen (energy) lines, coupled with assisted stretching, yoga-like postures. This holistic approach stimulates the body‘s natural healing ability by unblocking the flow of energy, resulting in rejuvenation and relaxation for the recipient. Excellent for conditions related to stress and tension.  Please wear loose fitting clothes. $85/90 min  $80/75 min          New client special:  $70 for 1st session.

Prenatal Massage  helps minimize stress, promote relaxation, and prepare the muscles for childbirth. One major benefit of massage is an increase of blood circulation to the muscles, which along with relaxation, can result in lower blood pressure and lower levels of stress-related hormones in the body. This is of significant benefit to both the mother and the developing fetus. $85/90 min $70/75 min

Myofascial Release  A gentle blend of stretching and massage, Myofascial Release Therapy uses hands-on manipulation of the entire body to promote healing and relieve pain. Therapists use this technique to ease pressure in the fibrous bands of connective tissue, or fascia, that encase muscles throughout the body. Sheaths of this dense and elastic connective tissue weave about blood vessels, bones, and nerves as well, forming an intricate, 3-D web that supports your organs and joints from head to toe and acts as the body’s shock absorber.

Scarring or injury to this network of connective tissue is a major cause of pain and impeded motion. The therapy’s easy stretches aim to alleviate these problems by breaking up, or “releasing,” constrictions or snags in the fascia. People with longstanding back pain, fibromyalgia, recurring headaches, sports injuries, and a host of additional complaints are all said to benefit from the technique. $85/90 min  $65/60 min
