This session will expand upon the alignment principles to recognize how they work in our daily activities to maintain our natural alignment, and thus reduce the pain and discomfort in the physical body, enhance our capacity to breathe fully, and shift our levels of energy. Learn simple, yet effective poses and exercises to help you correct and maintain optimal alignment

Breathing is at the heart of any yoga practice. Enhancing the breath can dramatically shift a practice, reduce stress, ease tension in the physical body, eliminate agitation in the mind, and take one deeper within oneself.
